Race Pack Collection (REPC)
Welcome runners to Putrajaya, verify entry confirmations, distribute bibs, timing chips, event tees, and official race bags with a high-energy smile.
Water Station & Hydration Checkpoints
Set up water stations, pour water and isotonic electrolytes into cups, and cheer runners along the scenic Cyberjaya & Putrajaya route.
Finish Line & Medal Presentation
Celebrate champions! Place prestigious 12th Edition finisher medals around runners’ necks as they conquer their 42KM, 21KM, 12KM, or 5KM journeys.
Counter Finisher Tee
Verify timing chips for 42KM Full Marathon and 21KM Half Marathon conquerors and hand out their well-earned finisher shirts.
Counter Drop Bag (Baggage Deposit)
Safely tag, store, and organize participants’ belongings so runners can deposit and retrieve their baggage smoothly before and after running.
Athletic Welfare Area (AWA)
Provide post-race recovery care: hand out cold drinks, bananas, ice packs, and guide exhausted runners toward medical tents or resting zones.
Winner Verification & Technical Support
Assist race marshals and timing officials with category winner verification, podium escorting, and prize presentation logistics.
Cleaning & Green Team Operations
Ensure hydration checkpoints and the race village remain clean, organized, and eco-friendly by managing recycling and waste disposal.

Volunteers may select one or multiple deployment sessions based on your availability:
REPC Day 1
Friday, 22 Jan 2027Race kit verification, runner pack handout, exhibitor liaison, and registration counter operations.
REPC Day 2 & Evening Race Day
Saturday, 23 Jan 2027Final race kit handout at PICC followed by evening operations for the 3KM Kids Dash & 10KM Friendship Run.
Main Marathon Race Day
Sunday, 24 Jan 2027Midnight flag-off and morning running for 42KM Full Marathon, 21KM Half Marathon, 12KM & 5KM fun run categories.

Responsibility & Safety: Stay at your assigned station and alert race control of any runner medical emergencies.
